The deal
By using KakiKTV you agree to these terms. We made them short, in plain language, because nobody reads the long ones.
You must be 21+
KakiKTV is restricted to adults aged 21 years and older. If you confirm under that, you lose access immediately. If you misrepresent your age, your account + device are permanently banned.
What you can do
- Open private booths, jio your kakis, sing, play party games, send gifts.
- Go live to the lobby, build followers, earn coins, cash out in MYR/USD.
- Host a verified KTV venue listing if you operate one (email venues@kakiktv.app).
What you cannot do
- No solicitation — KakiKTV is not a dating app, escort directory, or matchmaking service. Bookings, hookups, or any sex-work-adjacent activity → permanent ban + we'll cooperate with PDRM if applicable.
- No CSAM or minors — any depiction or solicitation of anyone under 21 results in immediate report to authorities.
- No commercial copying — you can't scrape our gift artwork, mascot, or branding for your own product.
- No harassment — racial slurs, threats, doxxing, stalking → strike system; 3 strikes = permanent device ban.
- No money laundering — large coin top-ups followed by immediate withdrawal trigger review. We retain transaction records 7 years per LHDN.
Coins, gifts, withdrawals
- Coins are non-refundable once purchased.
- Gift earnings are convertible at a 100 coins = RM 0.50 rate (subject to change with 30 days notice).
- Withdrawals require: phone-verified account, 18+ tax declaration (we file with LHDN), and a Malaysian bank account.
- Minimum withdrawal: RM 50. We process weekly on Fridays.
Content ownership
You own what you broadcast and what you sing. By going live or opening a booth, you grant KakiKTV a non-exclusive license to transmit your audio + video to other users in real time. We do not record, archive, or resell your content.
Termination
You can delete your account in Settings any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for terms violations or law-enforcement requests. We will tell you why unless legally prohibited.
Liability
KakiKTV is provided as-is. We're not liable for what other users do to you (we provide block / report / mute tools). We're not liable for failed bookings to KTV venues — that's between you and the venue.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes go through Malaysian courts in Kuala Lumpur.
